Ryan E. Franklin

Sr. Pastor

Pastor Ryan E. Franklin, is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, and served faithfully at True Vine Missionary Baptist Church of New Orleans, Louisiana, under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Donald C. Jeanjacques, Senior Pastor. Pastor Franklin served at True Vine B.C for over 20 years until relocating to Fort Benning, Georgia in October 1999. 


After returning to New Orleans in 2002 Pastor Franklin joined and served as a Minister at Beacon Light International Cathedral, under the leadership of Bishop Darryl S. Brister, Senior Pastor. Under this ministry Pastor Franklin was groomed in pulpit etiquette and what true ministry was all about "Serving". Relocating to Dallas, Texas after Hurricane Katrina, in 2005, Pastor Franklin connected with and served at the True Vine Believers Full Gospel Baptist Church, under the leadership of Bishop Roosevelt Shields, II and was Ordained as an Elder of the Church in 2007. In 2009, Pastor Franklin joined The Higher Mark Full Gospel Baptist Church, under the leadership of Overseer, Billy Adkison, as the Praise and Worship Leader. Pastor Ryan attended The Darryl S. Brister Theological Seminary in New Orleans, La and Oral Robert's University of Tulsa, Ok. Franklin served as Youth Director, Armor Bearer, and District Praise Team Worshipper of the Dallas District, Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship.

In 2016, Pastor Franklin organized, and was installed by his Spiritual and Ministry Fathers, Pastor Donald C. Jeanjacques of True Vine Baptist Church of New Orleans, LA. and Overseer Billy Adkison, of The Higher Mark Full Gospel Baptist Church of Dallas, Texas, as Senior Pastor of New Deliverance Fellowship Church of Duncanville.

 

Out of all of the areas Pastor Ryan has served in, his greatest joy was serving as Praise and Worship Leader of The Higher Mark Church. Pastor Ryan is married to the beautiful Dellirece Franklin, and is blessed to be the father of five wonderful children: Kerry Battiste, Ryneka, Jada, Taliah, Shenall and his  three adorable and beautiful grandchildren.

 

Ryan E. Franklin serves as the Pastor of the New Deliverance Fellowship Church in Duncanville, Texas. With all of the accolades, educational backgrounds and areas in which he served, Pastor Ryan owes all Glory to God. It's Gods only precious oil that keeps him in a posture of staying before The Father.

Dellirece Franklin

First Lady

Lady Della Franklin, is a native of Dallas TX. She accepted Christ at the age of 18 and was ordained to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ in 2001 by her Spiritual Father Overseer Billy Adkison of The Higher Mark Full Gospel Baptist Church in Dallas,Texas.

Lady Della attended Aaron's Army Ministry School in Dallas, TX under the direction of Evangelist Mary Vance.

Her ministry and purpose is to speak Life into women helping to point them in the direction of their God given Destiny.

Lady Della Franklin is the proud wife of Pastor Ryan where she serves assisting in ministry at the New Deliverance Fellowship Church in Duncanville, TX and she is truly blessed to mother 4 beautiful daughter's: Ryneka, Jada, Taliah and Shanell.

Della had always lived by this very familiar scripture in which she has instilled in her daughter's: Philippians 4:13-I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Bishop Edward W. Wright Sr.

First Assistant Pastor

Bishop Dr. Edward W. Wright Sr., D. Div. Is a native of New Orleans, LA.


Bishop Wright joined the U.S. Navy in 1972 and was stationed in San Francisco, California. After his service in the Navy he decided to reside in Oakland, California and connected with the Center of Hope Community Church, April 1993 under the leadership of Bishop Ernestine C. Reems.


In 1998 Bishop turned away from God, and can truly testify that it was this low experience of his life that God placed upon him the prophetic anointing that he now walk in. On May 1998, Bishop heard and accepted the calling on his life and began his ministry training in his local church.


In June 2004 Bishop graduated from the Oakland School of Urban Missions, in Oakland, California with a Certificate in Biblical and Theological Studies with a focus on Urban Evangelism and Pastoral Counseling. Bishop obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from the Suffield University in August 2004.


In 2005 Bishop heard the call of God to move out on faith to begin a Pastorate in the inner-city of Stockton, California, and with the guidance and direction of God and the wisdom of several mentors and co-laborers in the ministry accepted that call. November 6, 2005, Bishop Wright was ordained and installed to the Tabernacle of Faith Community Church, by his Pastor and Senior Overseer; Apostle Dr. Christine Liddell, of Power For Living Ministries in Antioch, California.


Bishop Wright served in his community where he was well known because of his encouraging presence in the surrounding neighborhoods. Bishop Wright moved to Dallas and after the sudden passing of Lady Marlo Franklin with whom he shared in her life as a father figure, came and began to stand by the side of Pastor Ryan Franklin. He has now served and share in the ministry as a Prophetic voice and continues to be a spiritual leader of Wisdom.
